Please note that after submission of the Wholesale/Trade Account Application, it takes 2-3 business days to update your account status, provided all the necessary documents have been submitted.
Although we provide paid invoices to Amazon sellers, Affirma Distributors, like many general distributors, cannot guarantee that Amazon will accept these invoices, as acceptance depends solely on Amazon’s independent and ever-changing policies. Therefore, we cannot make any commitments regarding their acceptance.However, we’d like to inform you that Affirma Distributors has a dedicated department handling the ungating process. Since we have more than one thousand products in ou,,,r catalog and have multiple sourcing channels e.g directly from the brands, from the authorized distributors and many other OEM Manufacturers. So please note that “Yes” we are authorized for all of those products that we are getting either directly from brands or from their authorized distributors.
As a general distributor, we have an open selling policy where we neither allow nor restrict sales on Amazon. It totally depends on the customer if they are eligible to sell on amazon/Walmart/Ebay; they can sell on their own discretion.

Yes, we have a dedicated department within Affirma Distributors that handles the ungating process. If you meet their criteria, they can assist you with the ungating procedure. Affirma Distributors is not liable for listing or policy issues on Amazon or other platforms. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm reselling privileges before purchasing.
Yes, we do provide the refund and for that you must notify Affirma Distributors of your intention to return an item within 2 days of delivery. Please note that we do not have any Minimum fixed amount of the order; rather, we have minimum order Quantities (MOQ) that you need to meet to place an order and its vary from product to product that can be seen on the website and in the catalog.
Please note that our lead time varies from product to product. Some of the product lead time is 3-5 business days, some of the product's lead time is 1 week, and some have 2, and some 2-3 weeks. So the maximum is 3 weeks which is 21 business days.

1. Ensure you have an approved Wholesale/Trade Account with Affirma Distributors.
2. Add your desired product quantity to the cart.
3. Proceed to checkout and select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
4. Choose any shipping address.
- Amazon sellers: Use any address for now. You’ll generate shipping labels from your Amazon store, which will include the correct “Shipping To” address.
5. At checkout, you’ll find Affirma’s ACH/Wire transfer details.
6. After placing the order, make the payment and send us the proof along with your order number.
7. Once payment is received, we’ll process your order.
8. Your invoice will be sent within 24 hours, and your order will be shipped as per the lead time.
No. We only issue paid invoices after the order has been placed and payment received.
Yes, after we received the payment for your order. There is a 24-hour window time that you can tell us if you want to change the product/Sku.
Please note that as per the Affirma Policies we do not provide the Letter Of Authorization (LOA) to the online sellers rather we only provide the paid invoice.
Yes, There are some MAP-relevant Products, and those MAP Pricings are given in the product catalog that a seller needs to follow while sellings.
Yes, there are discount tiers that are being offered by the affirma distributors that are given below.
1. 3% Additional Discount Upon Order Amount $3000 or above.
2. 4% Additional Discount Upon Order Amount $5000 or above.
3. 5% Additional Discount Upon Order Amount $10,000 or above.
4. 7% Additional Discount Upon Order Amount $15,000 or above.
5. 9% Additional Discounts Upon Order Amount $20,000 or above.
Yes, Affirma do provide the prep services to the online sellers. Prep fee is $1/Unit that includes; Product Handling, Pasting Product Labels, Providing Box Dimensions to the customer for the shipping labels(Size, Weight, Dimensions etc), Pasting shipping lables onto the boxes and forwarding to the nearest courier services.
No, Affirma does not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
