1. Processing and Shipping Time
We are committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping services by partnering with trusted carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Lead times vary depending on the product:

Some products ship within 3 business days

Others may ship within 5–7 business days

Certain items may require 2 weeks or 2–3 weeks
The specific lead time for each product is clearly mentioned on its respective product page on our website.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipment method, and order size. All applicable shipping details will be communicated during the ordering process.
2. Shipping Delays
In the event of a significant shipping delay due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or supplier issues), we will notify you promptly via email.
Affirma Distributors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the shipment has been handed over and tracking information has been issued.
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of order placement.
Affirma Distributors will not be liable for delays, returns, rerouting charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
Once an order is scheduled for dispatch, our team will send a shipping address confirmation email to the customer for verification. Our team will normally wait 3–5 business days for a response to this confirmation request.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the order will be shipped to the original address provided at the time of order placement without further notice.
If an incorrect address was provided and results in delivery issues, failed delivery, return-to-sender, or additional carrier charges, full responsibility shall rest with the customer.
4. Customer-Provided Shipping Labels & Carrier Responsibility
If you choose to provide your own shipping labels, any tracking, transit, or delivery-related issues after the carrier has picked up the shipment must be handled directly by you.
Once the boxes are dispatched and the carrier (including UPS or any other shipping provider) updates the tracking status, Affirma Distributors is no longer responsible for:

Delivery delays

Missing or delayed tracking scans

Lost or misrouted shipments

Carrier service failures
All post-dispatch claims, investigations, or disputes must be raised directly with the carrier by the label owner.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Affirma Distributors is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
If your tracking information confirms delivery but the package is missing, you must:

File a report with your local authorities (if required)

Contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation

Provide any relevant documentation when reaching out to us for reference purposes
6. Marketplace Seller Shipments
Affirma Distributors ships inventory for marketplace sellers directly to:

Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FC)

Walmart Fulfillment Centers (FC)
-
Other approved fulfillment or third-party logistics centers, as requested
We coordinate with sellers to ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation comply with marketplace requirements. However, final acceptance decisions remain solely with the respective marketplace or fulfillment center.
