Processing and Shipping Time:
We are committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping services by partnering with trusted carriers to ensure timely deliveries. However, lead times vary depending on the product. Some products have a lead time of 3 days, others 5–7 days, some 2 weeks, and others 2–3 weeks. The specific lead time for each product is mentioned on its product page on our website. Shipping costs depend on the destination and order size, and all necessary details will be shared with you during the ordering process.
Shipping Delays:
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly communicate with you via email.
Address Accuracy:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Affirma Distributors will not be responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. In case of an incorrect address, please reach out to us within 24 hours to correct it; however, we may only be able to make adjustments within a limited window.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Affirma Distributors is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received the package, please report it to your local authorities and provide us with any relevant reports or documentation when contacting us.
Inventory Holding and Storage Policy:
To accommodate customers who may need additional time before shipping, Affirma Distributors offers an inventory holding service with the following terms:
Free Holding Period:
We will hold your inventory free of charge for the first 3 business days after the inventory is fully prepared for shipment.
Additional Holding Period:
After this free holding period, we will hold your inventory for an additional 4 days at no charge, depending on the inventory's size and weight.
Storage Charges After 7 Days:
Beyond this 7-day period, a storage fee of $2 per unit per week will apply. This charge will accumulate weekly and continue until the inventory is shipped or until storage charges match the original order value. Customers will be notified before any storage fees are charged.
Ownership Termination:
If the total storage fees equal the original value of your order, Affirma Distributors will terminate your ownership of the inventory. Once the fees match the order value, the inventory will no longer be your property, and Affirma reserves the right to manage or dispose of it to free up warehouse space. This may include selling or donating the inventory.
