2. Shipping Delays

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate at the time of order.
Affirma Distributors will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
If an error is identified, please contact us within 24 hours. We may be able to update the address, but changes are only possible within a limited window.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Affirma Distributors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivery but the package is missing:

  • Report the issue to your local authorities

  • Provide us with any relevant reports or documentation when contacting us

5. Marketplace Seller Shipments

Affirma Distributors ships marketplace sellers’ inventories directly to:

  • Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FC)

  • Walmart Fulfillment Centers (FC)

  • Other approved fulfillment centers, as requested

We work closely with sellers to ensure that packaging, labelling, and documentation meet marketplace requirements.
