Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Within 3 Days of Receiving Paid Invoice:
- If you wish to cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the paid invoice, inform us via email at wholesale@affirmadistributors.us or call +1 516 244 3318.
- A full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
Automatic Processing After 2 Days:
- If we do not hear from you within the 2-day cancellation window, your order will automatically move into processing and will be subject to the processing and return policies outlined below.
Cancellation After Processing Begins:
- If the order is already in processing (after the 2-day cancellation window), a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Policy for SKU Changes After Order Placement
Customers can change the product (SKU) after placing an order under the following conditions:
- An alternative product (SKU) of equivalent or higher value can be selected within 24 hours of receiving the paid invoice.
- The SKU change can be done up to two times if the chosen product is unsuitable or unavailable.
- After two changes, no refunds will be issued. Customers must either choose a product from the catalog or reserve their credit for future orders.
