Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 3 Days of Receiving Paid Invoice:

  • If you wish to cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the paid invoice, inform us via email at wholesale@affirmadistributors.us or call +1 516 244 3318.
  • A full refund will be issued, no questions asked.

Automatic Processing After 2 Days:

  • If we do not hear from you within the 2-day cancellation window, your order will automatically move into processing and will be subject to the processing and return policies outlined below.

Cancellation After Processing Begins:

  • If the order is already in processing (after the 2-day cancellation window), a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


    Policy for SKU Changes After Order Placement

Customers can change the product (SKU) after placing an order under the following conditions:

  1. An alternative product (SKU) of equivalent or higher value can be selected within 24 hours of receiving the paid invoice.

  2. The SKU change can be done up to two times if the chosen product is unsuitable or unavailable.

  3. After two changes, no refunds will be issued. Customers must either choose a product from the catalog or reserve their credit for future orders.
