Return Policy

Return Window:

• You must notify Affirma Distributors of your intention to return an item within 2 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• If the Product Is Not As Displayed:

  • If the product differs from what is displayed on the Affirma Distributors website, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping.

• If the Product Is as Displayed but a Change of Mind Occurs:

  • If the product matches the description on the Affirma Distributors website but you wish to return it due to a change of mind:
    • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Condition of Returned Items:

• All returns are subject to inspection by the Affirma Distributors team.
• Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Return Authorization Required:

• Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from the Affirma Distributors team.
