95% of Amazon Sellers Ask These Questions Before placing Their Order…

Does Amazon Accept Your Invoices?
Are You The Authorized Distributors Of The Products You Sell?
Do You Provide The Letter of Authorization Or Supply Chain Document?
What Happens If Amazon Rejects Your Documents?
How Do You Handle IP Complaints?
How Do You Handle Authenticity Complaints?

These aren't doubts they're the right questions every serious seller should be asking.

💡 The Truth

You're Not Overthinking
You're Being Smart

Most suppliers hand you products and disappear leaving the compliance risk entirely on you. One wrong invoice, one rejected document, or one IP complaint can cost you thousands or even your entire account. That's why Affirma was built differently: we stay in the fight for 45 days after your order ships, because serious sellers deserve a real system, not just a supplier.

PROTECTS YOUR ORDER WITH AFFIRMA

01 — ASIN Eligibility

ASIN Eligibility Verification

Before you spend a dollar, we verify if your target ASINs are appealable. "Apply to Sell" qualifies "Copy Listing" does not.

🔍 Pre-Order Check
02 — Ungating

Ungating Assistance

Once your order is placed, our specialists file professional ungating applications on your behalf. If the application fails after all valid attempts, you receive a complete SKU refund no questions asked.

🔓 Full Application + Refund
03 — IP & Authenticity

IP & Authenticity Complaints

If an IP or authenticity complaint is raised against your account, Affirma's team takes over filing the appeal and submitting all required documentation directly to Amazon. If the appeal is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund on the remaining unsold inventory, once it has been returned.

⚖️ Appeal + Inventory Refund
04 — Supply Chain & LOA

Supply Chain Docs & LOA

When Amazon requests LOAs or sourcing invoices, Affirma submits them confidentially and directly. If the submission fails, the same refund policy applies remaining unsold inventory refunded after return.
