Once your order is placed, our specialists file professional ungating applications on your behalf. If the application fails after all valid attempts, you receive a complete SKU refund no questions asked.
IP & Authenticity Complaints
If an IP or authenticity complaint is raised against your account, Affirma's team takes over filing the appeal and submitting all required documentation directly to Amazon. If the appeal is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund on the remaining unsold inventory, once it has been returned.
Supply Chain Docs & LOA
When Amazon requests LOAs or sourcing invoices, Affirma submits them confidentially and directly. If the submission fails, the same refund policy applies remaining unsold inventory refunded after return.
